June 2^nd – Establish and Approve draft calendar for 25-26 season in person meeting 11am Mountainside Conference Center Mammoth Lakes CA
June 18^th – ROCs bids due
June 26^th – ACC Meeting to site the 25-26 calendar via Zoom 9am
