We have put together the Fall Officials Training Schedule to be held at Palisades Tahoe. Registration will open with a link to be sent in September. We will offer courses and testing. This year, there is a new requirement that all existing RAs will be required to attend a refresher course each season.
Saturday, November 4th
7:30am check in for TD Workshop and RA/TnC 1 (split second 101)
8:00 – 10:00 TD workshop (annual requirement) TDs will not need to attend Review and Update if you attend this workshop
8:00 – 10:00 RA/TnC 1 Course For New RA and TnC Certification (split second 101) Attendees will need to bring a PC based laptop, and if there is a corporate firewall you will need to have access to download Split Second and the points lists.
10:00 check in for RA workshop and Timing Hands On Clinic
10:30 – 12:30 RA Workshop (new annual requirement for RA’s)1
0:30 – 12:30 Hands on Timing Clinic, Attendees will need to bring your own time base(s) and timing laptop along with at least 4 jumpers.
12:30 – check in begins for afternoon sessions
1:00 – 2:00 Event Online Reg update with Kayla (focus for program directors, team admins, coaches)
2:00 – 5:00 Alpine Review and Update (required every other year, 2022 and earlier are required to attend)
Sunday, November 5th
7:30am check in for courses and testing
Participants will need to have completed a competition officials’ course (found here) prior to November 1st and turned into [email protected]. You will need to bring the study guide printed up, pencils, calculator if taking the TnC course, US Ski and Snowboard ACR (even last season’s will work) along with this year’s review and update print out. COMPUTERS MAY NOT BE USED FOR COURSES AND EXAMS!
